Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Hotel

During my stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah with my nine-month-old, I found the staff at the reception to be incredibly helpful and quick to assist with any queries, making our check-in and checkout seamless. The rooms were pristine, and the spacious swimming pool area had ample seating. The proximity to the beach, JBR Skyline, and shopping areas made our family bonding time truly special. The relax facilities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, added to our enjoyment, while the nearby landmarks like JBR Beach and The Walk at JBR provided unique experiences.

The beachfront location was ideal for relaxation. The spacious room had all necessary amenities, and the service from concierge Mosharaf and waiter Julie was exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse selection. a pleasant experience despite minor room maintenance issues.

The location of this hotel is ideal, right at JBR with a beautiful beach. the room view and size exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were exceptionally kind, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. the beach access and sun loungers made our relaxation time even better. the breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, perfect for starting the day on a high note.

One area that could be improved is the noise from nearby construction, which was a bit disturbing at times. the wait times for lunch at the beach restaurant were slightly long.

A recent stay at a hotel offered the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. The subtle smoky flavors from the wood-fired ovens were a delightful surprise, adding an extra layer to the culinary experience. The views of the famous Ferris wheel from the Pure Sky Lounge were breathtaking. I may have had one too many Trader Vic's cocktails and ended up with a temporary Tiki face! it was a fantastic escape with delicious food, fun activities, and stunning views. Plus, who can resist a tropical cocktail or two? Cheers!

I indulged in ancient cooking methods from the Han Dynasty, experienced a piece of paradise on Jumeirah Beach, and had potent Tiki face-inducing cocktails. The tranquil pool was perfect for swimming sideways.

Oh, and the banging, grinding, and construction work alarm clock was my favorite wake-up call. Just delightful.

The Hilton in this location was wonderful. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean and had a lovely view of the sea and Dubai Eye. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinners. the hotel's location was also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a cinema complex, and a metro station within walking distance. We now know which hotel we will give preference to in the future.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provides a grand ballroom for up to 300 guests, beautiful landscaped gardens, and seven meeting rooms equipped with the latest audio visual technology. The facilities were spacious and well-maintained, contributing to a successful event.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting spaces and support services for organizing last-minute presentations and meetings.

Great beach access. Lively location. Sky bar fantastic. Helpful staff. Centre of city activities. Executive lounge staff accommodating. Pleasant cleaning staff. Good amenities.

I truly enjoyed the fantastic location of the hotel, right in the heart of the JBR and beachfront, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. However, improvements can be made regarding towels being left on sunbeds and breakfast quality on the ground floor.

the Spa & wellness centre offered top-notch services, such as body scrub and full body massage, inviting us to relax in the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, provided us with a perfect entertainment area. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area had a delicious selection of snacks and drinks, and the restaurant offered a fantastic dinner and buffet breakfast.

The only minor issue was the leisure/TV room, which was not as spectacular as the rest of the facilities in the hotel. Nevertheless, this was not a deal-breaker for us.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with plenty of options to eat out and buy groceries nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the swimming pool and the beach located right in front of it. We were also impressed with the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Dubai. Hilton gave us world-class service, upgrading our room to the royal suite and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. the front desk staff, particularly Loes, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. the breakfast omelet was the best I've ever had, bursting with cheese, ham, and perfectly seasoned. the cakes and pastries during afternoon tea were also skillfully made. the hotel location is great, near JBR walk and Marina walk, with a beautiful beach and comfortable rooms with fantastic views. Sara at the main desk was a true asset, accommodating and gracious.

Feast your senses on Hilton Dubai's dining scene! Dive into Italian bliss at Wavebreaker, sip cocktails at Azure Beach, and savor Tadi Doner's tasty bites. McGettigan's JBR brings the Irish craic, while Oceana offers seaside delights. At Hartisan, dine like a local and recharge at Tim Hortons for a caffeine kick. Rooms are cozy, and the central JBR location is a win. But, watch the wallet—the hotel bar prices play in Dubai's big leagues. who needs a splurge when room views promise a front-row seat to fireworks and beats.

We loved the stunning corner room with a great view of the surrounding district. Despite a noisy wedding, the location was ideal for venturing out on foot. The staff were professionally attentive throughout our stay. Overall I'd recommend Hilton.

Limited food options at the buffet, especially for those who are not fond of spicy food. the room with a sea view provided only a partial view, which was disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had great facilities. I particularly loved the fact that my room overlooked the rear, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and allowing me to check-in early. Plus, the coffee machine and fresh milk in the mini fridge were a great touch for a perfect morning pick-me-up. I couldn't have been happier with my experience!

Fantastic beachfront location with easy access, ample sunbeds, and a spacious executive room with excellent service. Staff were accommodating, helping with transfers and providing a delicious breakfast. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. Only downside: limited bathroom amenities available. Great overall experience! 🌴

The hotel is located in a great area to enjoy the public beach and there are several options for dining out nearby. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also quite good. The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities.

There was a lot of noise from a nearby construction site which made it difficult to relax.

Great staff, excellent breakfast and dinner, lovely surprises in the room every day. Good location near beaches, malls, and restaurants. Recommended for Executive level. 👍

I had a fantastic 6-day stay at Hilton JBR. The staff, especially Mr. Adel, Roxanne, and Ali Alzoubi, provided outstanding assistance and support. The room was perfect, and the friendly and family-like treatment made me a very happy guest. The breakfast at Ocean restaurant was excellent, with helpful staff and a great attitude. The cleanliness of the room and excellent room service were noteworthy. The swimming pool facilities, with the convenient bar services, were fantastic. Special mention to Mrs. Ayca Serbetcioglu, the Assistant Concierge, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone. The front desk team and restaurant staff were outstanding and professional, making us feel right at home.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was absolutely stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided an amazing view of the Arabian Gulf, and the marbled bathroom felt so luxurious. I loved having a balcony to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

The only thing I didn't love was that the WiFi connection was a bit slow for my liking.

Superb location right on the beach with a private section, plenty of sunbeds and space by the pool. Upgraded to executive room for the awesome lounge with happy hour 6-8. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Clean and nice, with a partial sea view.

the hilton was spotless and super close to attractions. the kids pool was a hit. the concierge service was top-notch and really made our stay special.
